Loughborough Orthodontics - Loughborough

A change of ownership is one of the hardest problems to solve in a service business. The practice, the team, the expertise — all of it carries on. But the story resets. The trust that took years to build has to be re-earned, reintroduced, and in some cases rebuilt from scratch with a patient base that's used to something familiar.

The answer wasn't to start over entirely. It was to evolve — to take what made Loughborough Orthodontics worth trusting and reframe it for a new chapter.

We started with the identity. A new logo and visual language built around a blue-to-purple gradient that moves the way the brand needed to: from the established to the contemporary, from clinical to considered. It's a palette that works across everything — website, print, signage — without losing cohesion.

The website had one job above all others: get the right patient to the right information without a single unnecessary step. A dropdown prompt at the very top of the homepage — I am looking for... — removes the guesswork immediately. Before and afters, photography of the premises, and a contact tab that follows the visitor down the page as they scroll. No hunting for a phone number. No dead ends. Just a clear, confident path from curiosity to enquiry.

The print marketing carried the same visual identity through into the physical world — so whether a potential patient encountered the practice online, in hand, or walking past, the impression was the same: a practice that knows who it is and where it's going.
