The information we collect

If you complain to us, we open a file recording the details and use it only to resolve the complaint and check the level of service we provide. Where a complaint concerns someone else's record, we may need to share your identity with them as part of resolving it fairly — if you'd rather stay anonymous, tell us and we'll do what we can, though it isn't always possible to take a complaint further on that basis.

Keeping your data secure
