Most dental websites look like dental websites. The same stock photography, the same list of treatments, the same reassuring-but-forgettable tone. Stella Dental Suite wasn't built to be most dental practices — and their website wasn't going to look like one either.
This was a new practice entering a competitive market, led by Dr Francesca Dash: a Diamond APEX Invisalign provider, ranked in the top 1% of providers in Europe, the first woman in the UK to reach that level, and a practitioner who has transformed the smiles of over 2,500 patients. That's not a background note — it's the whole argument for why someone in Stafford should choose Stella over a practice their family has been going to for years.

The brief asked us to build a brand, a website, and a digital strategy from the ground up. We started with clarity. Rather than presenting dentistry the way most clinics do — a long list of treatments without a thread between them — we organised Stella's offering into five distinct categories: Cosmetic, Replace, Repair, Maintain, and their own Signature treatments. A framework that makes sense to the person arriving with a concern, not just to the clinician who performs the procedure.

The homepage is intentionally simple. Image-led, unhurried, with a quality of space that immediately signals this isn't an NHS waiting room. Each treatment category has its own landing page, giving Google the depth to index properly and giving patients the information to decide with confidence. Interactive content sections were built to accelerate rankings from the start — because launching a new practice in a competitive town means SEO isn't something you add later.

The photoshoot captured a team that clearly enjoys what they do. Those images run through the whole site, and they do more for trust than any credentials listed beneath them.
With a 24/7 concierge service, anytime online consultations, and 0% finance available, Stella was built to remove every barrier between a new patient and their first appointment.
The site launched ready to compete. So did the practice.
