The brief arrived with a word that doesn't often feature in dental website projects: pandemic. Town House Dental Practice came to us at a moment when every business with a patient-facing service was asking the same question: how do you keep people connected when they can't walk through the door?

The answer was integration. Not as a buzzword, but as a genuine design principle that ran through every decision on the build.
Outlook email integration for direct contact with the practice. Web forms are placed at every logical point across the site, so an enquiry could happen at any hour without anyone picking up a phone. FaceTime integration for calls at the tap of a button. And full online booking functionality, date, time, and provider are all selectable by the patient, with no back-and-forth required. For a practice that prides itself on being accessible, these weren't optional extras. They were the point.

The traditional feel the practice wanted was never compromised by any of it. Town House is a private dental practice in the truest sense, the kind of place that takes its time, where the whole team, from reception through to the dentists, understands that nervousness is the baseline for most patients, not the exception. That calm, considered atmosphere needed to translate through the design, and the simplified navigation made sure it did.

Since launching, the practice has grown to serve two locations, Tunbridge Wells and Brighton & Hove, and the site has grown with them. Dental implants, Invisalign, composite bonding, porcelain veneers, teeth whitening, gum contouring, smile makeovers, sedation, and full family dentistry across both practices. A referral system for other dentists, CBCT and OPG referral forms, membership plans, and 0% finance. Finalists at the Dentistry Awards and Private Dentistry Awards across multiple years.
The text animations and scroll-to-top functionality add polish. The online booking and patient referral forms do the real work.
