101 Harley Street - London

The team behind L'Atelier Aesthetics had been clients for years. We knew how they worked, what they valued, and how to translate a vision into something that performed online. When they came back to us, the brief was bigger than anything we'd built for them before.

This wasn't a rebrand. It was a new venture entirely.

101 Harley Street would operate from one of London's most recognised private medical addresses, not as a continuation of what already existed, but as something genuinely new. A multidisciplinary clinic bringing surgical, non-surgical, and private GP services under one address, with visiting consultant specialists across a range of disciplines sharing the same space. The founding team had a vision that was clear, considered, and fully formed. Our role was to work alongside them to realise it.

That clarity shaped every decision that followed.

The clinical offering at 101 is extraordinary in its breadth. Surgical procedures across the face and body, deep plane facelifts, blepharoplasty, rhinoplasty, septorhinoplasty, brow lifts, neck lifts, lip lifts, breast augmentation, reduction and lift, labiaplasty with an all-female surgical team, liposuction, fat transfer, gynecomastia, hernia repair, varicose vein treatment, and more. Non-surgical treatments across injectables, skin and energy-based therapies. Private GP services for patients who need clinical oversight, ongoing care, or pre- and post-surgical support. And a roster of visiting consultant specialists, each with their own profile and area of depth, who bring to the address credentials that match the postcode.

The architectural challenge was real. A multidisciplinary clinic at this scale, with this many disciplines and practitioners, needs a platform that lets each service be found and understood without collapsing the wider identity into noise. Treatment-led navigation, clear pathways to individual consultants, and a contact route built around enquiry quality, not volume, gave the site the structure it needed.

The design direction came from the founders, and it deliberately moved away from the cold, clinical Harley Street stereotype. Editorial in feel. Organic in tone. Soft greens, natural texture, generous spacing, and considered typography. A palette that reads premium without performing it, and warm enough to feel human inside a category that often forgets to be. A 5.0 Google rating since the doors opened says something about the standard of care inside the building. The website was built to communicate that before anyone walked through them.

The patient journey at 101 begins long before a consultation, in the research, the reading, the comparison of practitioners, and the process of deciding whether to trust someone with something significant. The platform was built to support that journey from the first page onwards, and to continue supporting it well after the appointment ends.
