Jackie Holden knows exactly who she is, what she offers, and, just as importantly, what she doesn't want to be.
The brief that came to us was one of the most honest and characterful we've worked with. No pink and hideous overfilled lips. Nothing starchy or Harley Street sterile. Nothing that would put off the kind of patient she actually wants: professional women, mostly in their forties and fifties, who want to look refreshed and natural and would never want anyone to know they'd had anything done. Jackie wrote it the way she'd say it in a consultation, direct, warm, a little self-deprecating, completely clear on her values.

That clarity is the whole practice in miniature.
Jackie is a Registered General Nurse with an Independent Nurse Prescriber qualification, over 30 years of healthcare experience, and NMC, BACN, ACE and CQC registration. She operates from a single, CQC-regulated clinic at 3 Tivoli Road in Brighton, close to Preston Park station, within easy reach by bus, in a residential setting that feels like the antithesis of a clinical chain. She has no desire to expand. She has said so explicitly. The intimacy of the practice, one patient, one practitioner, one conversation, is not a limitation. It's the product.

The website needed to reflect that. Not a corporate aesthetic template. Not busy, not loud, not demanding. The brief name-checked Tiffany, the colour, the typography, the sense of quality that doesn't need to announce itself. What emerged was a site in that spirit: clean, calm, considered, with a Tiffany-inflected palette that feels warm rather than cold and premium without being unapproachable.

The treatment range covers anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, Profhilo, Ellansé, Dermapen microneedling, PRP therapy, chemical peels including The Perfect Peel, Plasma BT treatments, Deso fat dissolving, Obagi Nu-Derm skincare, and Jackie's own bespoke medical-grade skincare range, formulated to complement and extend the clinical work she does in the clinic. Concerns-based navigation gives patients who don't yet know the treatment name a way in. A skin assessment tool, online booking, and bespoke yearly treatment packages with a monthly payment option reflect a practice that thinks about the whole patient relationship, not just the single appointment.

The review that sits on the homepage tells the story better than any descriptor could. A patient who'd had anti-wrinkle injections elsewhere, repeatedly, without the right result. Came to Jackie as a last resort. Left without the frozen feeling, without the odd asymmetry, without the anxiety. Just a face that looked like her, only better. I will be returning as soon as I need it. I am thrilled.
