Leila Khoshmanesh had a vision for the website before she had the words for it. She knew how she wanted a visitor to feel, seen, reassured, in safe hands, but finding a reference point for it was harder. The brief was honest about that, and honest briefs make for better websites.

What was never hard to articulate was the experience behind the clinic. Leila is an Advanced Nurse Practitioner with 17 years in the NHS, five of those as a Senior Clinical Nurse Specialist performing high-risk interventional procedures and training doctors in them. Before that, major trauma intensive care. She continues to work in the NHS alongside the clinic. The clinical background isn't a credential she lists and moves on from; it's the foundation of how she approaches every patient, every consultation, and every decision about whether to treat at all.
That last point matters. In an industry where the temptation to upsell is ever-present, Leila's approach runs deliberately in the other direction. If a treatment isn't right, wrong timing, wrong age, wrong reason, she'll say so. Patients notice. They come back, and they bring the people they trust. Reviews describe her as calm, caring, discreet, and honest. One patient wrote that she simply feels safe. For a practitioner who has spent two decades working with respiratory, trauma, oncology and transplant patients, that response makes complete sense.

The site brief asked for brilliant white and aqua, fresh, calming, clinical, without coldness. A homepage that opened with Leila herself: a photograph, a quote, and a direct statement of the experience and ethics that define the practice. The design delivers exactly that. From the first scroll, this feels like a person's practice, not a brand.
The treatment range navigates across face, hair regrowth, and health and fitness, an unusual combination that reflects where the clinic has grown to. Botox and dermal fillers, chemical peels, mesotherapy, skin boosters including Profhilo and Sunekos, Radiesse biostimulation, microneedling, PRP for both skin and hair, CryoPen, polynucleotides, Skinvive and HarmonyCa, alongside a dedicated hair regrowth section and a fitness and weight loss offering from Jay Banks, a twice-awarded international personal trainer and nutritionist whose client base includes professional jockeys and polo players. The two services aren't incidental neighbours on the same site. They reflect a shared philosophy: genuine care for the whole person, inside and out.
The site was built to grow. Laser skin and hair removal is listed as coming soon. The clinic has since relocated to a new address at Quy Court, and the site has moved with it, as it was always designed to.
