Two clinics. Two very different postcodes. One consistent belief: there is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all treatment.
Dermamedica's Knightsbridge clinic sits steps from Harrods at Cheval Place — a location that sets its own expectations before a client has even walked through the door. The Marlow clinic brings the same standard to a different kind of community: quieter, more local, but no less discerning. Between them, they cover a full spectrum of aesthetic treatments, from Botox and dermal fillers to laser hair removal, microneedling, skin peels, LPG Endermologie, and Venus Tribella skin rejuvenation.

What unites both locations is the approach. Every recommendation is built around the individual — their skin type, facial structure, specific concerns, and what they actually want to achieve. Bespoke combinations rather than off-the-shelf protocols. Results-driven and doctor-led, with the majority of treatments non-invasive and requiring little to no recovery time.
When Dermamedica came to us, the challenge was twofold. The website needed rebuilding — cleaner, easier to navigate, structured to handle the breadth of treatments across two distinct clinics without overwhelming the person looking for one specific thing. But visibility was the more urgent problem. Competitors had longer histories and stronger local presence. Brand awareness needs to catch up.

We started on the digital marketing before the website was even finished. By the time the new site launched, the Knightsbridge clinic was already ranking at the top of Google for several highly competitive treatment keywords — meaning the new site arrived with momentum rather than starting from scratch.
The finished website separates treatments and skin conditions across face, body and skin, with a clear navigation and three immediate pathways at the top of every page. Designed for someone who knows exactly what they want, and equally for someone who doesn't quite yet.
