There's a particular kind of confidence that comes from fifteen years of doing something well. Not loud. Not boastful. Just settled — in the knowledge that the work speaks, the awards confirm it, and the clients keep coming back.

Cotswold Face & Body Clinic operates from a discreet address in Montpellier, ten minutes from Cheltenham town centre, in a space designed around calm. Three dedicated treatment rooms, each built around a specific service. A team where every practitioner specialises rather than generalises — injectables in the hands of nurse prescribers, each member bringing depth rather than breadth to their area. It's a structure that matters, and one that clients feel the difference in.

The treatment offering is broad: laser hair removal, Botox, fillers, Profhilo, non-surgical eye lifts, Obagi medical skincare, plasma shower treatments for lifting, acne and scarring. Notably, the clinic was among the first in the UK to introduce a specific laser hair removal technology — a detail that tells you something about how they approach their field. They're not followers of trends. They're ahead of them.
The awards back that up. Winners of the client experience award and the Hair & Beauty award for best aesthetic clinic in England, finalists again the following year, and shortlisted for best beauty business in Gloucestershire. Recognition earned across the industry rather than manufactured for a website.

The brief was to build something that reflected all of this without abandoning what was already working. The existing site had earned its Google rankings — they needed protecting, not gambling with. The new design kept the professional feel the clinic valued, brought a brighter and more contemporary finish in keeping with the premises themselves, and gave a growing range of treatments the space they deserved.
The result is a site that looks as considered as the clinic it represents.
