Harley Street has a certain weight to it. Clients arriving at a clinic already have expectations — discretion, expertise, a standard of experience that matches the postcode.
L'Atelier Aesthetics understood that. What they needed was a website that did too.
They came to us wanting more than a redesign. The brief was really about conversation — how do you get someone to move from quietly curious about their skin to genuinely engaged with a treatment plan? The website had to open that door without feeling clinical or cold.

The design answer was restrained. Contemporary without being stark. Calm enough to feel like the clinic itself — a place where you'd feel considered, not processed. Every layout decision came back to the same question: Does this make someone feel at ease, or does it create friction?

Functionally, nothing was sacrificed for the sake of aesthetics. But aesthetics, in this case, were the function — because a client who feels reassured by the experience of a website is already partway to trusting the people behind it.

The result is a site we're genuinely proud of. More importantly, it's one the L'Atelier team use with confidence — a platform that starts the right conversations, with the right clients, in the right tone.
