The brief to us was to build a website for a launch with no existing web presence and no prior digital marketing. Everything had come through Instagram, and while the Natural Aesthetics Edinburgh brand that preceded the clinic's medical expansion had built a following of over 7,000 engaged followers, search visibility was zero. That needed to change from day one.
The design language was clear: warm whites, earthy greens, taupe, antique brass. Calm, clinical, and considered, nothing busy or loud. A palette that signals a medical practice without feeling cold, and a boutique setting without feeling frivolous. The brief specified no stock photography, which meant the site was built to be populated with genuine clinic photography once the space was complete, because for a clinic selling personal, relationship-based care, authenticity matters more than gloss.
The service architecture reflects a breadth that sets Evergreen apart from every straightforward aesthetics clinic or GP-only practice in Edinburgh. On the medical side: private GP consultations, mental health and psychology, menopause and peri-menopause care, men's health, sexual health, coil clinic and contraception, weight loss and management, minor surgery, nutrition and dietitian services, nursing services, travel medicine and vaccinations, occupational medicine, and whole-person screening and preventative medicine.
