A refresh sounds like a small thing. Tidy up the colours, update a few pages, move on. But a refresh done properly is something different, it's the moment a practice stops and asks whether its website actually reflects who it's become.

Harwood Dental Care is an established private practice offering both dental and aesthetic treatments across cosmetic, restorative and general dentistry. A breadth of service that attracts patients at very different stages, the family looking for a trusted regular dentist, the patient considering implants for the first time, the person who's been thinking about a smile makeover but hasn't quite taken the step. The site needed to speak to all of them, without feeling like it was written for none of them.

Three things sat at the heart of the brief: flexibility, trust, and finance. Not as abstract values, but as practical answers to the questions new patients actually ask. Can I get an appointment that works around my life? Can I trust this team with something I'm nervous about? Can I afford this without paying everything up front? The redesign made sure every answer was easy to find.

The bespoke photography and videography gave the site something stock imagery never can: the actual practice, the actual team, caught doing what they do. Live feeds pulling in social posts, blog content and patient reviews mean the site breathes rather than sitting static between updates. Interactive elements were built not as features for their own sake, but as genuine pathways to enquiry and booking.
Fully optimised, fully responsive, and built to work as hard on a phone as on a desktop, because that's where most patients are making their first decision.
