Southwell Dental Care - Southwell

When Dr Jyoti Parmar took over Southwell Dental Care, the patients noticed. One of them, a patient of many years, put it plainly in a review: "I wish this takeover had happened five years ago."

That's not a marketing line. That's what a practice transformation looks like from the outside, written by someone who had stayed through the old version and suddenly found themselves somewhere completely different.

The brief that arrived with this project wasn't just for a website; it was for an entire brand identity built from the ground up. A new practice name. A new visual language. A mission. A tone of voice. A colour palette drawn from nature, sage green, warm taupe, soft greige, deep olive, that said something the previous practice had never said: that coming here should feel calm, considered, and genuinely unhurried. The brand book ran to seven detailed pages, covering typography, imagery style, interior materials, signage, and the philosophy that should run through every patient touchpoint.

The vision was clear from the start. Southwell Dental Care would become the practice that professionals and families in this historic market town had never quite had, premium without being cold, modern without abandoning warmth, preventive in its approach and meticulous in its execution.

The website was built to match. Navigation structured around General and Cosmetic dentistry, with a dedicated technology section that tells the story of a practice that invested seriously from day one: CBCT imaging, digital scanning, and the infrastructure of a clinic that thinks diagnostically rather than reactively. Invisalign, unavailable at the practice twelve months ago, has since earned Dr Parmar Gold Provider status, a recognition earned through real patient cases and real results. The practice has now placed its first dental implants. Both milestones were documented and celebrated, because a practice growing this fast deserves to show its work.

What carries through the whole site and what the reviews confirm with unusual consistency is the people. Rawand Juma, whose patients describe her with the kind of language usually reserved for someone they'd been seeing for decades. Sam, who takes nervous patients from dread to smiling in a single appointment. The reception team, mentioned by name in review after review. The responses to every single Google review, warm and specific and signed by the team, are a practice that built its identity around care doesn't switch that off when patients leave the building.

306 reviews. A 4.9 rating. A practice that didn't exist in its current form eighteen months ago.

The website was the start of something. The something is very much underway.
