High St Dental Care - Melton Mowbray

Fifteen years is a long time for a website to stand still. High St Dental Care hadn't.

In the time since their last website was built, the practice at 12 High Street in Melton Mowbray had grown into something that the old site could no longer represent. Eleven surgery rooms. A team of fifty. Two implant dentists, both offering All-on-4 same-day teeth procedures. An Invisalign provider renowned enough in the industry to have driven some of their most successful campaigns. A visiting periodontal specialist every two weeks. On-site 3D printers, a full digital workflow across almost every treatment, CBCT scanning. A Same Day Smile accredited clinic, offering predictable cosmetic transformations using the latest smile design technology. And a practice manager who had been there for thirty years.

None of that was visible on the website. It needed to be.

The brief was clear about what the new site had to feel like: clean, simple, high-definition. Not a wall of content and pop-ups, but a confident, well-structured destination that communicated the scale and expertise of the practice without overwhelming the patient who just wanted to book a check-up. The homepage showreel video sets the tone immediately, because for a practice this size, with this much to show, a static image was never going to be enough.

The navigation reflects how patients actually think about their dental care: Invisalign, Implants, Cosmetic, General, four clear pillars, each with its own depth. But nothing about the structure suggests that cosmetic dentistry comes first. High St Dental Care is, above all, a family practice. Children seen on the NHS alongside adults on private plans. Routine care and hygiene are given equal prominence to the Same Day Smile and All-on-4 treatments that drive new patient enquiries. That balance was important to the client, and it runs through the whole site.

The cosmetic consultation journey is particularly well handled, beginning with a 3D scan and photographs at the first appointment, sent directly to the lab for a digital smile design so patients can test-drive their result before committing. That process deserved its own clear pathway, and it has one.

Built in WordPress with online booking integration, dental plan information, Chrysalis Finance options, a full meet-the-team section, a patient referral pathway, and a smile questionnaire that routes new patients to the right starting point, the site handles the daily volume of contact the practice already received through their old website, and is built to handle considerably more.

Thirty years of trust in the community. A new website is finally worthy of it.
