Mr Rowe-Jones FRCS (ORL) has been practising rhinoplasty since 1986, qualifying from St Thomas' Hospital Medical School and receiving his specialist surgical training in London Teaching Hospitals before becoming a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England in 1992. Decades of operating on one structure, approaching every case with the understanding that the nose doesn't exist in isolation — it exists in relationship to the face around it, and every change must serve that relationship.

Julian came to us having already worked with his own design company to develop the visual identity. The look and feel were established. A key strand of Julian's practice philosophy is teaching — informing both patients and fellow surgeons, demystifying a complex procedure for the people considering it, and sharing knowledge in the way only someone with his depth of experience can. The dedicated Grand Master page, the infographics, the informative videos, the detailed walkthroughs of technology and surgical method — all of it reflects a practitioner who believes that an informed patient makes a better patient, and that transparency about process is itself a mark of confidence.
Imaging technology at his Chelsea and Guildford clinics allows patients to visualise outcomes before any decision is made. The website works the same way — giving prospective patients a thorough, honest picture of what they're considering, long before they pick up the phone.
