Blossom Family Dental Care - York

Some clients you pitch to. Others you just know.

Blossom Family Dental Care have been with us for years. We manage several of their sites, so when the flagship needed a refresh, there was no brief to decode, no trust to build, no time spent explaining what the practice was trying to be. We already knew. The question was simply how to move it forward without losing what had made it Blossom in the first place.

The answer was the same thing that's always defined the practice: family at the heart, expertise around it.

Blossom operates from 25 Blossom Street in the centre of York, a Three Best Rated practice, a Little Vikings 2025 award winner for Best Healthcare Provider, and one of the most recognisable family dental names in the city. The practice does everything: children's dentistry with a genuine specialism and a Toothbrush Academy, nervous patient care, hygiene, Invisalign for adults and teens, fixed braces, implants, smile makeovers, crowns, root canal, and emergency appointments. A monthly membership plan from £20.52. Finance through Tabeo. Community partnerships with local schools, nurseries and businesses that reflect a practice embedded in the life of the city, not just operating within it.

The brief was a contemporary refresh that kept families at the heart of it. Which sounds straightforward until you consider what that actually means: a patient base that spans a four-year-old's first visit, a nervous adult who hasn't been in years, a parent investing in Invisalign, and a grandparent on a membership plan. A website that tries to speak to all of them equally risks speaking clearly to none. The new site solves that through navigation; children's dentistry is given equal prominence to the cosmetic work, not buried beneath it. Clear pathways by audience and by treatment. No patient left looking for a way in.

The design moved forward without breaking faith. A cleaner layout, more confident typography, better use of space, and a softer and more contemporary palette. Real practice imagery rather than stock smiles. The brand still reads as Blossom, recognisable, warm, approachable, just sharper underneath. A smile questionnaire, online booking, and clearly published prices remove the friction between curiosity and consultation. The dentist referral pathway and active blog keep the site working between patient visits.

Before and after results from real patients. A YouTube clinic tour. Community partnership logos that show where Blossom shows up beyond the surgery. Every element earns its place.

A practice the whole family trusts, with a website that finally reflects all of them.
