Some briefs require a different kind of listening.
Chiltern Private came to us from a client we'd worked with before on the aesthetics side. The trust was already there. What they needed this time was bigger and more nuanced, a private clinic specialising in women's and men's health, with a particular focus on intimate health, gynaecological concerns, pelvic floor function, sexual health, and menopause care. The brief wasn't just for a website. It was for everything that comes before one.

Name. Identity. Positioning. Tone. Photography direction. The full brand, built from the ground up.
The subject matter sets the tone for every decision that follows. Patients arriving at a clinic like this are often seeking help with concerns they haven't felt comfortable raising elsewhere, with their GP, with a partner, sometimes with anyone. They may have been dismissed before. They may have spent years managing symptoms they assumed were normal. They may be coming as a last resort. The brand needed to meet them with discretion, warmth and clinical confidence in equal measure. Not clinical coldness. Not the awkward register of a service that treats intimate health as a difficult subject rather than a medical one.

The founding vision was clear: a clinic that feels confidential without feeling hidden, and expert without feeling intimidating. The brand needed to do what a good consultation does first: soften the approach, settle the nerves, and signal that this is a place where these conversations are treated as entirely normal medical conversations.

The clinical team reflects that ambition. Dr Jani, who performs over 200 patient consultations every month and has built a reputation that draws patients from considerable distances, leads the women's health side, covering pelvic function, gynaecology, intimate health, and menopause. Dr Nish leads the men's health side. Between them, they work with a multi-disciplinary team to draw up personalised treatment plans that may include pelvic health physiotherapy, blood work, gynaecological referral, menopause-related prescriptions, or treatment with the clinic's two flagship devices: the BTL Emsella chair and the Afrodite wand. Both use advanced muscle stimulation technology to address pelvic floor dysfunction, bladder control and sexual health concerns in ways that no home device or exercise programme can match.
We led the brand creation end-to-end. Every element was considered against a single question: does this make the right patient feel safe enough to take the first step? The design is calm, quietly premium, and deliberately unhurried, with generous spacing, a soft and considered palette, and editorial typography that gives the subject matter the respect it deserves. Nothing loud. Nothing that reads as clinical stock. The photography direction avoided the visual language of medical advertising entirely and moved instead toward warmth, privacy and normalcy.

The site is built on Shopify, giving the clinic secure payment processing, a clean commercial structure for treatment bookings and packages, and the SEO foundations to compete for the searches that matter. Those foundations worked quickly. The site hit page one almost immediately for the strategic searches we were targeting, giving the new brand commercial traction from launch rather than months into its life.
Treatment-led navigation, clear consultation pathways and discreet enquiry routes reflect a clinic that understands the patient journey starts long before the appointment. The website is often the first private conversation a patient has with Chiltern Private. It was built to be worthy of that.
