Elevate Medical & Aesthetic Clinic opened at 51 The Parade as a deliberate statement — that South Wales deserved a luxury medical aesthetic clinic that didn't ask patients to choose between clinical credibility and a genuinely exceptional experience. That the two things could sit together, and in fact had to, if you were serious about either.

The clinic is led by Professor Ali Al-Hussaini, a Consultant ENT and Facial Plastic Surgeon of considerable distinction — a Fellow of both the Royal College of Surgeons of England and the Royal College of Physicians, member of ENT UK and the British Society of Facial Plastic Surgery, with thirty years of experience in advanced facial procedures and aesthetic surgery. Alongside him, Dr Farah Latif co-directs the clinic as a specialist in aesthetic medicine, bringing precision and a genuinely personalised approach to non-surgical treatments. Between them, they represent a tier of clinical leadership that most aesthetic clinics in any city don't come close to.

The brief to us was equally ambitious. This wasn't a practice looking for a functional website — it was a new clinic launching with a clear identity and an uncompromising vision of what it wanted to be, and the website had to match that from the first impression.
The design answer was taupe, white, and brushed gold. Warm, considered, and unmistakably premium — a palette that signals luxury without loudness. The structure had to carry a treatment offering that is genuinely extraordinary in breadth: face treatments spanning anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, Endolift non-surgical facelift, CO2 laser resurfacing, Secret Pro RF, surgical rhinoplasty and pinnaplasty; body treatments including TruBody Sculpt and TruBody Flex, Endolift body, IV drips, and fat dissolving; skin treatments from HydraFacial Syndeo and laser resurfacing through to bespoke prescription skincare; and a dedicated hair treatment section covering PRP therapy, autologous stem cell micrografting, and HydraFacial Keravive.

Several of these treatments are unique to Elevate in Cardiff, Endolift, TruBody Sculpt, TruBody Flex, Secret Pro RF, and autologous stem cell micrografting, among them. The site needed to communicate that exclusivity clearly, without it feeling like a boast.

Navigation runs by treatment category and by concern, so whether a patient arrives with a specific procedure in mind or simply a problem they'd like addressed, they find their way. A patient journey video, a vlog section, an online free skin assessment, and a real results gallery give the site depth and movement, because a clinic of this calibre shouldn't have a static, brochure-style presence.
The clinic is open seven days a week, with on-site secure parking, and the central Cardiff location makes it accessible by public transport and by car. Finance is available on treatments above £500, membership plans are offered, and the full product range is available through an integrated online shop.
This is what a modern luxury clinic launch looks like when the ambition and the execution are properly matched.
