A medical, aesthetic and wellness clinic with one of the most considered briefs we've worked on. Omniya was built around a clear proposition. Optimum health, beauty and wellness, delivered by some of the most respected practitioners in the industry, in a Knightsbridge setting that did the talking before the first conversation. Hormone therapies and medical work alongside aesthetics, beauty, nutrition and a pharmacy and dispensary. A brand that needed to feel premium, exclusive and credible in equal measure, and a website that needed to perform commercially across every one of those service lines.

The clinic operates from Montpelier Street in Knightsbridge, a few minutes from Harrods, with a patient base that spans private medical patients, aesthetics clients and wellness regulars. The website needed to serve all of them without losing focus. Men in their thirties and forties looking for hormone therapy and health checks. Women looking for medical and aesthetic treatments. International patients arriving through sponsorship and embassy arrangements. Each audience needed its own path, and the brand needed to feel like the same Omniya at every turn.
The design we built was calm, considered and unmistakably premium. Editorial layouts, generous spacing, a palette pulled from the clinic's own interiors. Imagery focused on the practitioners, the space and the patient experience rather than category stock. The website set the tone the building does. Refined, quiet, and confident enough to let the standards speak for themselves.
The treatment range covered medical and age-management therapies including male and female hormone therapy, thyroid and adrenal therapy, andropause, growth hormone, health checks, integrative medicine, fertility, gut health and stress management, alongside aesthetics covering dermal fillers, wrinkle injections, facial and body contouring, laser hair removal, IPL, PRP, the 8-point lift, mesotherapy, jawline slimming, hyperhidrosis treatment, chemical peels and injectable moisturiser, with facials, peels, microneedling, microdermabrasion and LED light therapy on the beauty side, nutrition therapy across hormones, digestive health, weight, fatigue and stress, and a retail and dispensary stocking ZO, SkinCeuticals, Obagi, Dr Levy, Viviscal, Philip Kingsley and others. The site is no longer ours, but the foundations we built, and the SEO that took Omniya to number one in Knightsbridge for the treatments that mattered, lasted for years. A long-standing favourite, and a clinic we were proud to grow with.
